We have 10 units to offer for the 22Long Rifle cartridge and
will NOT build anymore. These units are very time consuming to build and are not
for the regular collector. Each comes complete with cartridge feed chute and oak
carrying chest with leather ordnance proofed handle.
Note>>>These were started years
ago with a goal of personally wanting a
loading tool that could load my belts and yet have the appearance of the full
size machines. The down fall of this little machine is that it isn't perfect in
function. However, with patience and a knowledge of how this thing works, one
can reload your belts very nicely. It will NOT load a belt that has been rolled
up for years and is paper thin and flat. This machine works best if the belts
pockets are "puffed" and have a pocket formed already. I advise
loading a belt and then use spray starch to stiffen the fabric up. The brand of
ammo also plays a big part in this machines function. "Remington Goldens"
have a harsh knurling at the nose of the bullet that tends to "grab"
the belt and jam the machine. CCI and Federal ammunition have a nice slippery
projectile nose and tend to be much more successful in this machine. DO NOT BUY
THIS UNIT IF YOUR NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED!!! If you have any questions on this
